Grant’s Heating installed a new furnace, ducting, etc. in our mountain cabin. The job was perfect. All the staff is very knowledgeable, and are familiar with the most up-to-date equipment. The staff is so nice and very helpful. They are always on time, do what they say they’ll do. The quote was right to the penny, no surprises. Grant's Heating and Air is a wonderful family-owned small business. We used Grant's for 2 furnace replacements for the Red Feather Lakes Library and could not be happier with the work and service. We paid for a service package and had some trouble about 1 year after our furnace install. They responded quickly and fixed the issue at no charge to the library. The thing I love most about Grant's is that they are local and honest. Their staff does not work on commission, so do not try to sell you on things you don't need or rush through work. This is very important because you do not want to have to replace an entire furnace if it could be fixed with a small part or 2. For the library, both furnaces were at the end of their working lives; in short, they were old. Being a library in the mountains we need to have reliable heat during the winter so we can be open our normal hours because the community depends on us. Definitely go with Grant's or at least get an estimate before you look elsewhere!

There were no hidden fees. Grant and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Their work was some of the best I've ever seen. Use them. You won't be disappointed.

I live off the power grid and heat my house with a wood stove and use a propane furnace for backup. My 28-year-old propane furnace went out and I needed to replace it in the same footprint of the old furnace. Grant was there in the middle of the coldest part of winter with an exact replacement. Although I had problems with the pilot light, less than a year later, Grant did all kinds of troubleshooting and replaced the pilot assembly at no charge. He stayed with it till it was fixed! I think he barely broke even on my replacement, but he made it work and I was amazed and grateful.
